How to Book:

Step 1. Phone or email to agree dates and availability.

Step 2. Send your 25% deposit to either our UK bank in Sterling or French bank in Euros, via a bank transfer.

Step 3. The balance of payment must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. As part of your final balance we require a £350/€350 security deposit, which will be refunded to you within 7-14 days of your departure. Please refer to our Booking Conditions for a detailed explanation.

Step 4. If you need to discuss any of our terms please feel free to contact us; if we can help in any way, we will.

Basic Booking Conditions:

+ £100 reduction for 2 week bookings (Excl. Special Offers and Promotions).
+ Bookings are preferably from Saturday to Saturday, based on 7 nights, along with arrival and departure dates and times.

+ For short breaks out of 'High Season' a min of 3 nights, can be arranged.
+ Arrival is from 16.00h and Departure from 10.00h, this allows us time to clean during changeovers.
+ Payment of deposit reserves your holiday.
+ Full payment is required 8 weeks before your arrival.
+ Receipt of your deposit will be seen as accepting our booking terms and conditions as laid out on our ‘Booking Conditions’ page which we ask you to read.
+ It is important you make your own arrangements for holiday insurance.

+ Bedding and Bathroom towels supplied.

Reduced cleaning: fee for all 3 gites: €110.

~Please note~: from Low to Mid Season we offer a minimum 3 night stay, with flexible changeover days, and in High Season a minimum 7 night stay with a changeover on a Saturday only. We also offer a 'Welcome Pack' on a 7 night stay and a £100 discount for fortnightly stays (excl. special offers and promotions.) All dates can be discussed and we try to be as flexible as we can, so please do contact us to discuss. All prices whether in Sterling or in Euros maybe subject to change, along with exchange rates as they can fluctuate frequently. We also reserve the right to possibly add an additional charge for energy in lower seasons, only if there is excessive use, which may increase your nightly rate.

Please call us for any rates over the Chrismas and New Year period, such as 21/12 to the 03/01.

Payment preference is by bank transfer, and we also accept secure debit / credit payments via a SumUp card reader. Note: Transaction fee for this service is between 1.75% - 2.00% charged to us by SumUp.
